The Plastic Hunter
A portable, affordable floating wetland unit that collects and removes microplastic debris from rivers via plant root biofilters.
How it Works

Step 1:
Deploy device in a contaminated river or lake and let microplastics passively adhere to the root filter.

Step 2:
Once saturated, remove the center pad and clean off any sediment adhered to the root filter.

Step 3:
Once cleaned, reinsert the central pad to the frame to continue filtering plastics. Collected sediment will be manageably processed.
